Apple and RIM are being sued by Kodak over patent infringement
In the world of cell of news, with the settlement between LG, Samsung, and Kodak in the rear view mirror, Kodak has set it’s scoop on Apple and Research in Motion. This new complaint being filed by Kodak, with the U.S. International Trade Commission, the allegation is that BlackBerry devices with cameras, and the Apple iPhone, infringed on Kodak’s patent technologies for photo preview. The ITC could stop the importing of the parts to create these devices, if a settlement is not reached. However this is unlikely to be the case. Kodak just got done settling with two other companies, LG and Samsung, both accused for infringing on Kodak’s technologies as well
